A 50% product deposit is required on all Salt furniture purchases with the balance due upon arrival to our warehouse. All shipping costs will be due just prior to installation.
We stand behind everything we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it with a receipt for a replacement or store credit less shipping & handling fees within 30 days of purchase. Items must be returned in their original packaging in unused condition. Used items will be refused and returned to you at your expense. Our customers are responsible for return shipping.
Lead time and shipping varies depending on the product. Most in-stock items ship within 48 hours. Please note, changes to an address cannot be made after 24 hours of order receipt. Once your order has shipped, we cannot make changes to the order.
We work hard to update our site often and provide accurate shipping timeframes. Changes to estimated ship date due to delays in production may occur and are subject to change. Our team will notify you of any changes to your order.
Damages while in transit or defects in manufacturing, while rare, do occasionally occur. Should your piece arrive damaged or defective we will do our best to have a replacement shipped immediately.
